Very nice place at a rural location in the Champagne region. More than just a hotel, this is a place were people go to and stay over for enjoying superb French cooking and a huge selection of the best wines. The waitress made a very sympathetic effort to compensate for my lack French when explaining the delicacies served. Staff was helpful with earlier than schedule breakfasts and small adjustments to the menu to accomodate my needs.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at les Volets Blue. We stayed here with our two boys (4 and 8) and the location was simply perfect for us. The environment is beautiful, quite and close to all the wine houses, the room super convenient, in the spacious garden the children could enjoy themselves with lots of things, and Maud and Christophe are very welcoming. We definitely recommend this place, thanks

Unfortunately your affiliated company Booked.net had not made the booking which they sent us the confirmation for. The owner of Chez Renée was very upset and took it upon herself to find us alternative accommodation because she was full. We had to go back to Chateau Thiery following a 20 mile diversion. We had no wish to be in the city. It was most disappointing.
