To begin with - this was an amazing experience! This farm is located in a beautiful place on the hill. The road to the place was quite steep, but ok. The hosts were very nice. The dinner and breakfast (offered for additional payment) were very authentic, the cheese was just amazing. The wifi worked good. There was parking We bought some sausages from their shop, they were also great. There also was a museum of "farm tools" open to every guest.

We had a lovely comfortable clean room with a window that opened with views over the garden and into the mountains. . It was spacious and good storage for luggage. There is a pleasant garden area for guests to relax in. The reception staff on the day we checked in spoke good English. We reserved a car park which was available when we arrived. Good varied breakfast. The highlight was the dinner in the restaurant. None of the restaurant staff spoke English but this was not a problem as it was a set menu on the night we were there. The food and service was superb and it was not expensive given the quality of the fare.

The room was spotlessly clean. A top sheet and woollen blanket on the bed instead of just a doona. Plenty of hot water. The host showed us to our room and served us our evening meal. The food was very good.

Excellent location, beautiful buildings and nice rooms. The kitchen is unbelievably good! Highly recommended. The surroundings are equally very beautiful, hiking upriver or downriver follows stunning trails.
