Fantastic location in the town center; some difficulties in reaching it by car, since it is located in a pedestrians-only area; but the staff was very helpful and eventually we made it.
We had a room on the 5th floor and the view was amazing.

It was an easy walk from the train station. On arrival an English speaking staff member greeted us and knew exactly what we needed: to leave our bags while waiting for check in, to change clothes and to have a map. We didn’t have to ask for it, she was one step ahead of us. It was great to be so close to the centre and the room was nice and comfortable.
