Breakfast was excellent. The room was fine overall but a bit small and lacking in some respects - ie no toilet roll holder, no hair dryer, no bathroom accessories (eg shower cap)

The hotel is a superb renovation of an historic building and is peaceful and comfortable. We were welcomed warmly and given helpful information about the local area, including a recommendation for an excellent nearby restaurant. On-street free parking was available close by and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the town centre.
