Lovely big room with a stunning view of the sea. The hotel is right by the vast beach. Nice french breakfast, very helpful with heating my oat milk. Great for a one night stay when travelling too and from the channel crossings, there is a lot of history in the village which deserves another or longer visit. The Hotel is a bit dated, everything worked including the lovely powerful shower. Found the beds comfortable will use the Hotel again and explore the Fort 100 meter across from the Hotel.

Internally, the house was lovely but would benefit from a handrail on the 2nd floor stairwell. The location to shops, bars, restaurants and beach was exceptional. The Sunday market was good. The house looked newly refurbished throughout and was very comfortable.
