We picked this hotel as it was close to a tesla Supercharger and we were enroute to Switzerland. We've previously stays at the novotel chain and generally had good experiences.
Unfortunately in this instance we had incorrectly booked the wrong date with booking.com, but within a minute of finding out that we had booked the wrong date it was impossible to change the date. In the end I made a second booking with the aim of speaking to the hotel about the possibility of a refund or change of date. Sadly this was not possible so very unhappy about this...

This was not our first visit to this property. The host was excellent, ready for our arrival, took us to the apartment and explained where to park. The apartment was comfortable and just right for two of us. I would be happen to stay there for longer than our one night stopovers. As previously breakfast was brought to the room and was extremely generous.

Easily accessible to the motorway.
Breakfast area and foyer very pleasant.
I regularly use Ibis Hotels when travelling through Europe by car or motorcycle. This is the first time staying at Mulhouse Ile Napoleon. The rooms were as expected, particularly the bed, which I find more comfortable than most. Bathrooms very clean with excellent shower. We had problems with our car and unexpectedly needed to arrange an extended stay whilst it was repaired. The reception staff could not have been more helpful sorting this out for us.
We picked this hotel for its location near to the motorway as a pit stop between the U.K. and Italy. When we arrived the greeting was warm and friendly even though we didn’t speak the same language we managed very well. The room was very large with a small sofa and chair and a large dining table and chairs, the kitchen was small but had everything you could want for a short stay.
This hotel isn’t luxury but it’s worth every penny.
A standard and comfortable Ibis hotel. Easy to find and perfect for an overnight during a long journey especially for avoiding to stop in the very expensive Switzerland. Room clean, COVID-19 procedures perfectly respected, parking space very large and personnel very kind. Breakfast with a lot of choices. A good balance for services provided and room price.
The hotel is ok. We have been here before and there have been improvements in the rooms since then. Our room was comfortable and beds were good. Good shower and clean.
Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
A positive aspect of this hotel is the nice swimming pool: after a day of driving it is nice to swim.
Great hotel for an overnight stopover - convenient highway access, inexpensive, simple, clean and comfy. The man who runs the place was very friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast served at the room at exactly the time I asked. Overall a very positive impression and great value for money.
Girl at the reception was very friendly. The hotel is basic, in theory has everything you need. However the quality of the bed, airco, etc is a bit poor. Location is good for a stop over from Italy to Netherlands. Breakfast is okay.
We had a good night sleep there. Tesla charging startion is in front of the hotel. Parking is free and secure. Staff speaks english which is rare in France. Staff was very friendly.
Convenient room for a one-night Family stay during longer voyage through Europe. Cosy & nice rooms with very good hotel bar with craft beer. Large parking outside the building.
Nice breakfast. Decent sized pool. Other games like petanque, badminton, table tennise, foosball etc are also there. Lots of restaurants around 5 min drive from the hotel.
