Contact with Gite Fatima was good and the owner arrived promptly after our arrival at the property. The shared kitchen/dining/lounge space was large and fully equipped. The private bathroom was clean and a better option than the shared facilities.
Dali hôtel is located in Perpignan, opposite the Palais des Congrès square and a 5-minute walk from the city centre. The Palace of the Kings of Majorca is a 15-minute walk away.

Didn't eat breakfast but had three dinners and all were excellent. Staff were pleasant, friendly and hepful.
Premiere Classe Perpignan is located just 5 km from the city centre, and provides an ideal stopover on the way to Spain. It offers free WiFi access and free private parking.

Everything was perfect. It's only 2 blocks from the beach and all the shops/activities. The pool is fabulous so there is no need to leave the hotel. It's warmer than the sea in June. Renovated bathroom. The photos don't do it justice. Get the breakfast. The hosts can speak amazing English.
