Good budget hotel for overnight stop. Didn't see any staff.
Good budget hotel for overnight stop. Didn't see any staff. Check in through a machine outside was pretty straight forward. Room was clean but very cramped. Shower/toilet really tiny. Toiletry dispenser empty. No room to dry or get dressed.
Advertised as garden view, but this was a small border around the carpark . Entrance and corridors dark and not very welcoming.

I thought, according to the Booking.com website, that I booked a room with a private bathroom (not just a sink) and breakfast "included". It had neither - and the absence of towels and toiletries was a bit of a surprise (although way down on the confirmation email it does say towels are available for purchase at €3 each...)

Im sorry but I went there one night only for two reasons: not far from Eurotunnel, and the possibility to visit and take photos of the forgotten (on purpose) rests of one of the most mythical motorsport circuits of the 40's-70's: Rouen-les Essarts. Very easy to get there by car, it's sorrounded by motorways.
Large disabled friendly bathroom, and a room on the ground floor make life simpler.
Breakfast is a continental buffet, plenty of choice.
Sat outside in the evening sun, and the dog was happy in the grass.
The hotel also serves a buffet style dinner, again, plenty of choice and good tasty food.
I thought the room was spotlessly clean as were the bathroom and toilet facilities. It was well equipped with tea and coffee making provided as well as the essential mirror often missed in these hotels.
So all the nearby hotels are much of a muchness, not great, but ok for a short visit. The food on site was ok, edible. The room had some cosmetic damage which hadn't been fixed.
This was a modern, glossy hotel. There were a couple of English language television channels, something that's not often come across. We were able to use the wifi about 11pm.
Cleanliness - very important to me. I have been to higher rated hotels that were not as clean.
The staff.
The breakfast.
The free parking.
The value for money.
It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly. We ate at the nearby Comptoir de Malt, which was excellent. The hotel breakfast was very good too.
We were able to access hotel despite arriving after reception closed. Good location to start our journey south again in the morning Clean room nice breakfast
