Very nice place at a rural location in the Champagne region. More than just a hotel, this is a place were people go to and stay over for enjoying superb French cooking and a huge selection of the best wines. The waitress made a very sympathetic effort to compensate for my lack French when explaining the delicacies served. Staff was helpful with earlier than schedule breakfasts and small adjustments to the menu to accomodate my needs.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at les Volets Blue. We stayed here with our two boys (4 and 8) and the location was simply perfect for us. The environment is beautiful, quite and close to all the wine houses, the room super convenient, in the spacious garden the children could enjoy themselves with lots of things, and Maud and Christophe are very welcoming. Very nice converted apartment. Spacious and tasteful, very clean and fresh (I’m wary of ‘pet-friendly’ descriptions, but this was spotless). Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Great communication from host. Felt very safe. Parking easy. Instructions clear to follow.
