I was allocated a family room so I had more space than I expected. The room was on the third floor and accessible by the lift. The bed was comfortable and the room was completely silent, there was no noise from either outside or in. The location was perfect as I was attending a performance at the Royal Opera House, five minutes walk away. I returned after ten o'clock but the gate was still open so I cant comment on after-hours access. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Location was amazing, hotel strategically situated really close to major sights and the underground. Breakfast was fantastic, had everything we could have wished for. Even the hotel restaurant was really good, with tasteful dishes and very friendly personnel. Would definitely stay there again.
