The room was cozy, clean and had enough space for a couple. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly made, not much options but it was still great deal for tbe price that we pay.

Absolutely lovely house, very clean, very comfortable, easy to find within a quiet housing estate. Lovely little children's playground on the green area outside the house.
House is well equipped and there is an excellent fish and chip shop with a short walk.
The host had supplied fresh milk and tea, coffee and general condiments

The bell hotel was comfortable however I left my charger and phone lead in the room when I asked for it to be posted to me , it got complicated I had to send an addressed envelope to them by post I offered to pay if they just post it to me and they ignored me for this reason customer service was a let down . Very simply could have charged me 3 £ and posted it but they ignored my request and kept my charger and lead

The Chilterns turned out to be a lovely area for a Spring stay, especially if you like woodlands, walking and wild flowers. There were countless good places to eat – we chose The Oak in Aston Clinton, where the food was super, and a takeaway Chinese meal from China Water, which was exceptionally good and not at all expensive. There was plenty to do for non-wakers as well – the museum in Aylesbury is very interesting, for example.

Aylesbury has a lot to offer with a good town centre and outdoor market stalls.
There is a well laid out theatre and the cinema, they are both in walking distance from the centre.
Aylesbury is clean. It is mainly a flat city so it's a good place to walk.
There's a great selection of schools fir all ages..they have great scores from the education department.
The worse thing is the number of roundabouts but it helps with road safety looking at the statistics.

What a beautiful place.
What a beautiful place. So much going on with the theatre, markets, shops, bars, restaurants. The place was buzzing with an incredible ambiance for arts and culture.
It has a diverse community and the locals are so friendly. The David Bowie statue didn’t disappoint. I cannot wait to return for a weekend.

I was brought up in Aylesbury but have not lived there for about 30 years. The place has expanded considerably and every person we spoke to - 6 companies - all said that it had expanded too fast and badly lacked amenities... Doctors/Dentists/ Schools etc
3 groups said that whilst housing was a bit cheaper than London, many workers used Aylesbury as a commuter dormitory.
Personally I cannot comment as I am not there long enough

Room was lovely and would recommend as an overnight stay.
Room was lovely and would recommend as an overnight stay. Would not recommend to eat or drink here. Food poor, quite cold and definitely no atmosphere. We were a party of 6 for evening meal - no one else eating. And only 4 others in the bar this was a Saturday night in town centre on the last weekend in November with Christmas round the corner! Says it all really!!
The dining area/lounge was closed, no ability to dine in, the bar was a fridge in reception which you could buy a bottle of beer. We were not told there was no dining or lounge area to sit in when we booked. Confined to our room only. Poor hotel, basic, the security guard (in the middle of the reception) was FaceTiming his cat when we arrived, then was playing his PlayStation when we left in the morning…Glad it was only one night, as we travelled on the next day.
Comfortable & friendly family-run hotel in what used to be the Rothschilde's gardeners' house, and was at one stage used as a ballooning centre. Rooms comfortable, warm, clean and quiet; on the small side but we didn't mind that. Good breakfasts and pub serving good meals within 5 minutes walk. Plenty of free parking. Lovely Chiltern hills and woods nearby, and within striking distance of Cliveden, Henley etc
Stayed at the Townhouse while working on a tour stopping at the Aylesbury Waterside theatre - the B & B was only a ten-minute walk away so was fantastic and would highly recommend to touring crews. There's a big Tesco essentially in the back garden, and plenty of smaller shops and places to eat just up the road. It was quite expensive but I'll blame myself for that as I booked late.
I was very pleased with my stay at Aylesbury, the room felt cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Although I had to share the bathroom, the place felt so much like a home that I felt relaxed and comfortable with that. I highly recommend it for those who prefer something more personal than the experience of a hotel chain.
Emma is clearly just starting out with this venture, I may have been one of the very first to stay in this accommodation, everything was very new. I think what she is trying to achieve is great. I enjoyed a good nights sleep and will likely visit again, it was nice to have the option of self catering. thank you Emma.
Property was easy to find with plenty of parking. Hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the room spacious and comfortable. Nice pool with helpful staff. Our correct room configuration had not pulled through but reception staff immediately rectified it. Lovely breakfast - including option to boil own eggs 😊
The place was great. Comfy bed, very clean. A welcoming treat was waiting for me in the room (coffee, tea and oat bisquits). There is an iron and ironing board provided in the room. The breakfast was delicious, felt more like a brunch place than a classical hotel breakfast. Great location, very central.
Dinner was wonderful. Meals were great and the ambience of the venue was terrific. Dog friendly which was a huge plus. Would definitely re-book. Friendly atmosphere. Great staff. Quiet area. Couldn't ask for more really.
Great hosts. Great place to stay. Ample parking. Loved the extra touches such as fresh milk for the room, for tea/coffee, and some fresh fruit.
Will be my first choice to stay in the area when I next need to.
The breakfast was excellent - I judge a hotel by how they cook scrambled eggs and yours were first rate. The main house is beautiful - it felt a bit like stepping back in time to a country house weekend.
The property was private, in a quiet location and presented beautifully. I really enjoyed my stay and will certainly look to stay here again as I am in Aylesbury most months.
The hotel felt very welcoming, the outdoor seating area was really nice and inviting. We ended up having breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at what was on offer.
Landlady very hands on, room and building well furnished and clean, and in general was a very pleasant place to stay for the week. Really close to town centre.
