Campanile Hotel Dartford, hotel in Bexley

Campanile Hotel Dartford is less than a mile to the M25 - Dartford Tunnel. Bluewater shopping centre is within 3 miles, whilst Lakeside shopping centre is 5 miles from the hotel.

It was a lovely, quiet room at the end of the corridor on the ground floor. The children were fast asleep as soon as they climbed into bed and wanted to stay another night. The staff didn't mind the children being children at breakfast in the restaurant and were very accommodating. One of the children has additional needs, which the staff did not mind. I was even given a compliment that my children were well mannered, well-behaved, and beautiful. My child with additional needs loved this and even said thank you.

I found Bexley village a quaint village in a lovely location. It had lots of lovely coffee shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance of my accommodation. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there, it had lots of local links for transport too. I will definitely be back for another visit soon.

Lots of lovely pubs, restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk in the village, plus a couple of mini markets. Also good walks on the doorstep and easy access from the station into London and beyond. Also buses to the o2 and other local attractions.

Didnt get to see too much of the area as visiting family. Never been but the village/small town had a good vibe to it. Surprised as only 30 min train journey to London it had a country feel to it.

We booked three rooms for a family event. The Holiday Inn was chosen for its proximity to the event. That it was on a major link road was a bonus; that the room was well insulated from ambient noise was welcome. Would I use it again? Under the same circumstances - yes.

A lovely high street with lots of cafes, lunch places and restaurants. For shopping, there are mostly charity shops. A lot of places are closed on a Sunday so check that beforehand. There's a market on a Sunday... Not sure if it's every Sunday but that was fun! Usually good connections for getting into the centre of London. Check on any engineering works!

I was travelling for a family get together in the hotel, so stayed overnight. The hotel is just off the A2 and easily accessible. Staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the wifi was fast. I always think hotel breakfasts are overpriced , and this was no different, £12 if booked previously or £16 if you just turned up in the morning. Other than that I thought the hotel was excellent. We used a conference room which was ideal and the buffet food was excellent and plentiful.

The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of the local train station and bus routes as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. The room felt modern and was kept very clean with the bed being incredibly comfortable. The owner was incredibly helpful and was in contact whenever we had any questions about our check in and the offers that local restaurants give to guests. My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel and I have already recommended it to several friends.

This was my second stay in Room 2 as I was hoping to find somewhere regular to stay, that wouldn't break the bank, while I work in London and live up North. The staff were again very friendly and helpful and the room as before whilst small had everything you need for one or two nights stay. Bexley is a lovely village and easy to access, the pub serves good food and has a nice atmosphere.

Very stylish modern hotel, easy card tap entry system, welcomed on arrival. The local recommendation for bar grill very convenient down the road and 25% discount as staying here. The most comfortable mattress we’ve ever slept on. No parking as a busy high street but not a problem as we parked in the station within walking distance, just over £8 for two days parking.

The ambience of the hotel is rather sterile, but that is basically a matter of taste. The check-in staff was friendly , everything went well. Despite the proximity to the busy traffic arteries, the room turned out to be surprisingly quiet. The rom was clean, however, the stained carpeting was not really inspiring confidence. The beds were fine.

The room is comfortable and spacious and it seems the whole place has been recently re-decorated. There is plenty to eat at breakfast, parking is free. The hotel is located just outside the ULEZ (for now) and congestion zone area. This does mean that it does take at least an hour to get into central London.

Nice central location , good. parking nearby, no catering but excellent discounts offered in local cafes, restaurants and nearby pub. Very clean all round and pleasant staff. I have edited my responses because overall this hotel deserves at least a 9 but your algorithm only gave it an 8.

So convenient for access by road, but only a short step from the centre of Bexley on foot, and so has good access to the local trains, with a frequent service to London Bridge and Charing Cross. Rooms are very comfortable, no traffic noise, and a very good choice at breakfast.
