Everything. Fantastic clean, comfortable facilities in room. Very nice indeed. The bar is lovely and wonderful breakfast. I'd definitely stay there again. Melbourne is a very pretty place. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

There is a pub and a pop-up shop a few days a week so basic needs are taken care of. Being so close to Ashby is a benefit and the the village is nice to amble round of an evening and there is a pleasant walk to Ashby.
