We only stayed for one night before flying home early the next morning. The room was large and fulfiled its function for us.
We didn´t eat or drink in the hotel.
The receptionist was really friendly when we checked in and the young man when we left early too.

Very cozy and clean, spacious rooms with very comfy beds, very good value for money with good breakfast. Recommended for weekends and relaxing getaways.
I'm afraid that Bo'ness has nothing. I went for a walk into "town" but there is no town. One pub / restaurant and a tiny indian takeaway with eat in facilities. The town is pretty much completely boarded up.

Hotel was in a good location for sightseeing Falkirk, Stirling & Edinburgh. The 3 bridges boat tour from South Queensferry is a must, include the trip to Inchcolm Island. The Orocco Pier restaurant in the town serves lovely food and has amazing views across to the Forth Bridge.
Friendly staff at the hotel.
Room was very warm at night even when the radiators were switched off. Shower could of been better, water temperature was hot then cold.

The staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size and the bed very comfortable. Great wifi (although I've head you need to choose your room carefully if this is going to be a requirement for you as they're not all served the same) and good facilities. Unfortunately didn't have time to get breakfast but heard that the food was very good. I've stayed here in the past and the facilities and overall presentation of the hotel have definitely gone up a notch.
This is a very nice hotel. It was quiet, and the rooms were quite spacious. There was plenty of parking, the bar and bar room were very nice, and the restaurant was great. The food was wonderful, and the prices were not outrageous. The staff was very friendly, especially the bar tenders and the restaurant staff. The hotel was in a really nice location, allowing us quick access to routes to the sites we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this place.
I stayed here whilst visiting family in Bo'ness, it's in a great location - close to Tesco/takeaways/coffee shops, it's also really close to the Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway (always a joy to see a steam train). Also nearby is one of my favourite walks in Bo'ness; along the shore path to Blackness Castle. The hotel was spotlessly clean and so comfortable, plus all the staff were super friendly and always up for a chat.
All members of general staff very professional and friendly. All our needs well met. Only booked 24hrs notice and lovely room with a view as requested given to us. Delicious food in restaurant. Service from Lily and Lauren especially friendly and professional. Hotel was expecting a very busy day but both cheerful and smiling. Thank you all we will return asap.
This was an overnight stop on the way to the Scottish Highlands. Location was good for this. Room was adequate. Evening meal was reasonable and breakfast good. Staff helpful and good service.Did not go out of the hotel so couldn't say what area was like in so far as shops and restaurants.
The breakfast and the dinner the previous night. The loaded fries are delicious. The beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely. I had stayed previously and was in a room out of the hotel and I much preferred being in the hotel this time.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast menu was great and the restaurant/bar are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lovely hotel and great value for money - we will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood not far from the Edinburgh Airport. It’s an old building that has been updated. Very well appointed rooms, not large but adequate. very nice restaurant.
Nice hotel, very quiet, large car park, good location.
Staff very friendly, rooms are large but would have preferred a bath.
Bar and dining areas very nice and menu was good.
Dog friendly hotel.
The breakfast was prepared to you at the moment so it was always fresh. Be aware that it takes some time, so if you're in a hurry I don't recommend having breakfast at the hotel.
Nice friendly welcome from reception. Nice room with a comfy bed and good shower. Really good breakfast. Also didn't charge extract for our dog which a lot of hotels do.
Loved it! An old style Scottish hotel-pub. Outstanding breakfast and very good evening meal. Top staff. Lovely village in the heart of shortbread-tin Scotland.
The staff was very nice and or ground floor room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located a short distance from a lot of sightseeing opportunities.
