Very nice room. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. Staff were all very friendly. Dinner was particularly good. We enjoyed a selection of small plates ( tapas) which were very tasty and showed a skilled chef. There was live music and a very good atmosphere.

Lovely location and exceptional hostelery as the name suggests. Having driven past the location many times since 1973, I was happy to finally visit the castle. The food was delicious and the service to a high standard.
