Both the Sunday roast and the breakfast were very good. How nice to have 'proper' bread toasted with our cooked breakfast - most unusual these days. The room was clean and well thought out. Shower was very good too.

Staff were really friendly and it was really welcoming. The building itself was beautiful and such a quaint, traditional pub feel. We stayed in the Coach House and the rooms itself was really cosy and comfortable.

The staff were lovely. When we messaged, just the day before, to ask for vegan and veggie options for breakfast they were really accommodating. Wasn't too much trouble at all. Breakfast hamper in the room was great. A bulb went in the room when we were there and tripped out a fuse putting another out, we were just heading out and it was sorted by the time we got back. Really friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely, highly recommend
