Thought the prices were quite reasonable. Had to make a very early start in the morning so manager made sure the car park gates were not locked. It wasn't planned but we had a meal in the pub which was quite good

A nice little village with plenty of pretty places.
A nice little village with plenty of pretty places. Best to stay in a hotel or guest house in the village and not the Ramadan hotel which is on the motorway. Royal wisely gardens it's not too far away plus brookfields which is an air craft museum plus other things ext .

It was good that we had vegan options available.
It was good that we had vegan options available. We were able to order a late meal and take our dog with us to a separate dining area- though that had no view.
We found the evening menu was rather expensive. The meal was good.
Breakfast was included and offered a wonderful variety for all tastes cultures and dietary requirements. Staff were helpful and service was good. We were delighted to be able to dine al fresco with our dog.
Our room was spotlessly clean and eco-friendly.

Huge bed with great mattress.
Huge bed with great mattress. Good parking, nice location if not overlooking the car park. If you have special requests you must speak to the hotel - no one else and do it well before you arrive. I booked through booking.com. Do not make the same mistake.

Nice hotel, did not eat as visiting relatives.
Nice hotel, did not eat as visiting relatives. Staff on reception very courteous, friendly and professional. We will return and next time we will eat in the restaurant and let you know our opinion. Very clean but get better duvets - it will save you on electricity as heating will not have to turned up to high.

I have written my thoughts on our stay earlier in the review. One thing I would add is that the picture of the property in the advertising I didn't find flattering. It looks much more attractive in real life than in the photo which made me doubtful about booking. However I'm glad I did.

The room was nice but too cold.
The room was nice but too cold. The room thermostat seemed to be set at 21 degrees which should be warm enough but the room was cold and the temperature could not be changed. The bathroom floor was particularly cold!
The staff seemed a little uncomfortable with early checkouts.
It was nicely furnished and felt like home. As a family of 4, the kids each had a room and so did we, so there was peace The kitchen was well equipped, we would recommend a smaller frying pan as the one available was a tad bit large. It well situated - walking distance to Cobham Center, Waitrose and Gail’s. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again when in Cobham.
Excellent, Outstanding BUT!
I stayed at the HiIton Hotel Cobham for 3 nights (visiting friends in the immediate area) and there is a lot of good standards wise at this hotel. It was one of the cleanest hotels in all areas I have ever stayed in, and the room was clean, very comfortable and welcoming, as were the staff in all areas who we came into contact with.
The hotel was very clean, the room was very pleasant with a nice bathroom, big bed and nice pillows. It had a nice colour scheme, good lighting and also a fridge. Breakfast was exceptional, they even had a honeycomb, delicious. Very nice bar area and breakfast room. All the staff were very efficient and helpful and lots of cleaning going on.
This hotel meets expectations in every way. The staff were polite, the room very large, the bed very comfortable. Breakast was huge and everything you'd want from a full breakfast from a hotel.
Comfortable bed. Ability to open window for fresh air and as was situated at back of hotel was quiet enough to not be disturbed. Staff were welcoming. Room was clean.
old character of the mansion was great for pictures.
staff was friendly and experience was great. location was also great if you plan to go around Surrey hills.
Great hotel. Friendly staff. Really helps having a fridge in the room. Great value for money. Stayed here for work and will stay again if working in the area.
