Quiet location, beds were comfy and very cosy. Hosts were lovely when we arrived but didn't actually see them again throughout stay.

The property itself is genuinely tranquil and remote paradise with historic atmosphere. The nature around makes it feel like a totally relaxing ambiance in the middle of Scottish countryside. The rooms are clean and some features like the carpet and furnishings (beds particularly) are of good quality. There are indeed some fine details such as the room refreshments that truly add greater value to it.

Check in was welcoming, room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Just what we needed after a long day. Dinner was delicious. Homemade lasagne was delicious & liked that the salad was separate. All the staff were polite & helpful. Breakfast was a choice of cooked full English, Arbroath Smokie or Cold ham with cereals, tea/coffee & juices. Cooked breakfast was fantastic & served by a lovely waitress.
My problem was it wasn’t in Colliston it was in Letham...
My problem was it wasn’t in Colliston it was in Letham Grange the taxi driver had a problem finding the “hotel” because l told him it was in Colliston and it was in Letham Grange not Colliston the address needs to be corrected
