The flat was a good base with good kitchen and nice hot water in shower. It was easy to keep tidy. A good washing machine was also helpful.
The flat was well positioned with shops close by. It was very handy to Oxford with good train connections.

A nice room, comfortable. Breakfast could have done with a couple more choices such as fruit salad, but otherwise OK. A slightly misleading description on the Booking.com website led me to check whether all rooms were accessible via the lift. A response was received very quickly, and indeed our room (and as far as I could see all rooms) were indeed accessible by lift.

Didcot is a handy location and relatively close to Oxford.
Didcot is a handy location and relatively close to Oxford. It has a good range of shops as well as places to eat and a cinema. There are also lots of parks and some areas to walk. I cooked myself and there are lots of good supermarkets to get fresh as well as precooked foods for easy meals.

Didcot Railway Centre is a must-visit when in the town.
Didcot Railway Centre is a must-visit when in the town. A great way to experience Didcot's railway heritage in historic buildings and artefacts from the Great Western Railway. Visit during a Steam Day to experience a ride behind a preserved steam locomotive in vintage carriages!

Good location, right price but needs more attention to details. No outside light, shower floor slippy, no chopping board or bread knife. No operating manual for microwave. Batteries dead in clock and dying in tv remote and smoke alarm.

Town centre shopping and dining area is good.
Town centre shopping and dining area is good.
Pick your own fruit activity in Milton was great, we picked the juiciest straw berries and cherries. The railway centre is an interesting option too .
Oxford is nearby and use of the park and ride in Oxford is great value.
I loved the staff. Sophie and lilly were dolls. Very lovely to chat with such intellegent women of a younger generation. I found people relatable and down to earth and the accomodations superbly comfortable. The meals were superb and the bed a dream. I will pick this hotel when i stay in didcot in the future. Booking.com sets you up with the nice ros apart from what I called the submarine base... an extension built in the 60s.
Great location in Old Didcot. Central to the town, but surprisingly quiet. Actually felt quite rural. I used to live in Didcot and knew the area very well, so was quite surprised by the rural feel to the area! Enjoyed reading about some of the old houses and looking at the historic pictures in the guest book! The Annex is compact, but has everything a couple will need for a stay there.
All facilities were very new and modern. The internet connection was fast and stable. The flat screen TV was excellent, it did not have satellite channels, but was very good for watching YouTube. The shower was one of the best I have ever used in any hotel. Additionally, almost everything is provided such as cookware, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, and shower products.
The location of this hotel is beautiful the grounds are lovely to walk around, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very spacious. We were here for our wedding anniversary and when we went to our room we had been left a bottle of champagne and some lovely cake, it was such a surprise and really made our day.
Super comfy beds, property was extremely clean and spacious and had everything you could possibly need - tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen equipment, a fan, towels and bedding, every little thing had been thought of! Was lovely having a fridge and microwave. Plenty of parking space. Loved the outside seating area.
Location within walking distance of Didcot main shopping centre & station if required. We also love the self catering facilities as has everything you would need. This is our 4th stay at these lodges as convenient for visiting our relatives who live in Harwell just 2 miles away.
- private parking next to the cabin (very calm and quiet area)
- small 'balcony' in front of the cabin (pleasant scenery)
- bedroom with TV, table, chairs + kitchenette: cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, sink
- private bathroom
- comfortable bed
- towels provided
It is a good location in Didcot, very close to bus stops and supermarkets, moderately close to the downtown and the train station as well. The room is clean and cosy, has a fridge, a toaster and a microwave - very convenient to make food and eat in the room.
Location! Didcot is a good starting point for excursions in the midsomer murders area. The B&B location is also good in Didcot. Quiet residential area but still walking distance to centre with pubs, shops and supermarkets
This is an outstanding property that is extremely clean and conveniently located near the train station. This was everything we hope for and more. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores.
I liked that it was a decent price, Didcot is ridiculously expensive for what it is. This is perfect for a solo traveller who is down for business purposes and wants to be able to cook their own food.
room was huge, hotel itself is a maze so it took me few minutes to locate the room, parking was just outside room. Breakfast was ok, enough variety for Continental and English breakfast.
