Dinnet is lovely, very small village with stunning countryside. A lovely place to stay particularly in summer months and to explore by walking, cycling or driving. It is very rural and use of a car advantageous to explore surrounding area, eating out etc. Access to taxis is limited although believe there are buses. There was a great woodland walk behind our lodge the took us straight down to Loch Kinord, perfect for us and our two dogs. We had a very relaxing , enjoyable family break. The hotel is an easy drive to Braemar, Ballater, Aboyne and all the local activities. We will definitely visit again
