Location is good and the room was nice. The lady who served breakfast was very nice in the morning, greeted us.

Denise and Bernie were great hosts, with very quick communication. They were very accommodating and even modified our booking to have one more person stay with us. The properly itself was very spacious, and looked exactly like the photos and description. It was very cosy and was perfect for my little bros birthday trip to Alton towers.
