From the moment we arrived (which was pretty late due to travelling up from London) we was met by a group of amazing and helpful employees that were happy to help with everything to make our stay pleasant and smooth sailing. We was staying for the Parklife festival and apon returning to the hotel afterwards we was greeted by staff and provided with plastic shoe covers to wear which we think was a great touch which helps both the hotel stay clean and keeps our room clean. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of juices and food options both hot and cold. Would definitely stay again
