I stayed in a single room. Loved the little touches like the bowl of fruit and the little bottle of sherry. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Great location. Great museum just around the corner from hotel and it was free in.

Convenient location to eateries. Accommodation oozes with athosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.
Good points: The room was clean.
Bad points: Terrible service, didn’t see a single staff member only other disgruntled ‘guests’. Was charged for a cooked breakfast which never appeared. Called their contact number on the notice board in reception twice, left a message asking about the breakfast arrangements but got no response. Eventually I had to leave for my appointment without any breakfast. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.
