Friendliness of staff and cleansiness of hotel was amazing felt nothing was too much to ask whether request or booking restaurant but rooms had fantastic facilities and enjoyed the hospitality and perks of drinks and snacks which are unavailable in most high end hotels making the stay more special. I personally wanted to thank Jack who does night reception who literally went above and beyond to make my stay easier with checkout to requests and any issues I had solved instantly and plus all around great front of house manor and great guest experience making me feel at home and welcome

The atmosphere and staff were great…..friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast each morning and dinner both nights. It was lovely to have food made to order rather than a self service/buffet style breakfast. Dinner was lovely too and very tasty.

The food is utterly brillant. The tasting menu one of the very best in the UK at this moment. And breakfast fabulous. This is intelligent, witty, thoughtful, and very authentic, restaurant with rooms. Wonderful garden, with birds chirping their little hearts out for all to hear. Wonderful welcoming hosts, well appointed bedroom, spacious separate bathroom, excellent breakfast, with a good variety of options. Recommendations given for locally eateries were much appreciated and the pair we chose did not disappoint, I would highly recommend Kell house to all

Views were fantastic. Easy to get to Harrogate every day. I am not a fan of chemical toilet, but considering the difficulties of putting in anything else it was totally understandable. The road was very rough, but as it was a farm road this was not really surprising. The views were superb. Lovely and quiet place to stay. Clean and had everything needed. Would go again, but not for more than 2 nights because of the loo.
