Great stay - attentive but unintrusive service and we loved being able to hang out in the lounge / honesty bar.

Great pool facility which was very relaxing and staff were super attentive... same can be said for the restaurant, staff were exemplary and also assisted in helping me with dietary requirements (dairy-free). Second time staying here and very happy, will come back again in future.

If you like walking and history then this is the place to come. Amazing walks and stunning views. The view from British Hill Camp is quite something. There are a number of beautiful little towns, like Ledbury, Great Malvern etc that are steeped in history as well as great for eating out. The Eastnor castle and grounds are another place to visit and a walk uptown the obelisk is well worth the walk up to it.

We liked the hills and views the younger members of our party climbed the British camp to take photos and we all enjoyed the gas lights in West malvern. We took empty bottles and filled them.up with water out of one of the many wells in the area.

Lovely little town with independent shops great for browsing. Great choice of restaurants and bars. There is a great bar in the high street that brews beer called Weavers. At the top of the town we went to Alturo Lounge that has a fantastic choice of food and drink in a highly decorative atmosphere. We also went to Gurka Chef and sa.pled Nepalese food. It was very nice and a change from indian food. The theatre is lovely and very accessible. Friendly people. If you like walking there are great walks and history walks too!

The area looked beautiful but unfortunately we were only able to stay overnight for a friends funeral. We had to be back in London that evening for a prebooked event. Will definately go back again to explore the area.
Beautiful , spotlessly clean and spacious apartment on two floors with a contemporary and homely feel. The beds are super comfy. Stunning views of the Hills including Malvern Priory. Close to everything in Great Malvern including Great Malvern train station. There is no allocated parking but parking is plentiful in the side roads and during our stay I was able to park just opposite the apartment every evening. I can thoroughly recommend this lovely place.
The Foley Arms dates back to the early Nineteenth Century and is located in the Upper part of Great Malvern. The views from the rear terrace were outstanding over towards the Cotswolds and Vale of Severn. As usual the Wetherspoons prices for both food and drink make any other hostelry seem outrageously priced. We ate and drank almost exclusively in the hotel and ate and drank well. The staff were pleasant and friendly and engaged easily with us.
A delightful hotel in a lovely setting. Very peaceful especially at night. The room was splendid although we had to be aware of the sloping ceilings, especially in the dark! The bathroom was just thr right size and the shower had good water pressure. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was amazing. The breakfast was top notch as well. Would definitely come back here again.
Staff were really nice and accommodating given my work schedule and how late I would be getting in.
I couldn’t make breakfast as I had to leave early but room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet even by the road side.
Parking just outside hotel feels safe as vehicle is in eye view of room and off road.
Lovely hotel. Staff friendly. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Room was also lovely. The only issue we had was the heating went off through the night. and as the temperature was so low outside, we became cold. There was no way of turning it back on in the room. Other than that a lovely hotel.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable, clean, with good facilities/equipment (i.e. flat screen tv with apps like Netflix, tea/coffee/biscuits, iron & board, hair dryer etc.) Hotel is well located in Great Malvern town centre.
The hotel is beautiful with a more traditional style. Lovely location with views of the hills. Parking available at the property. Staff were great, super helpful and friendly. Good wifi connection. Nice toiletries provided in the bathroom. Very clean and well presented.
Breakfast was superb the location was spectacular beautiful garden’s everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations lovely friendly staff nothing was too much trouble I could not fault anything I will definitely stay there again . My thanks to all the staff.
The room was in the old part of the hotel as requested, and the hotel location within Great Malvern was superb which was one of the reasons for booking along with plenty of parking on site.
Breakfast was good , with plenty of choice, plenty of seating.
What's not to like, it is a lovely hotel situated in a great location. Comfortable clean room with a mini fridge. Breakfast was top class. The hotel bar even has my all time favourite cider on tap. I feel blessed !
Hotel was in a great location, minutes walk from the footpaths to the hills. Very dog friendly, and plenty of parking. Very comfortable bed and lovely big bathroom with bath and shower.
Loved the old-world, cozy feel of the building. Nice bar and restaurant. Had a good place to park my motorcycle. Great food, both dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Managed to park on site , liked that the car park had CCTV , and the hotel was very central to Malvern itself... comfortable bed and spacious room . Breakfast was very nice also
Well organised and staff always pleasant and helpful. Food very good, especially breakfast. Hotel well cleaned and room was spacious. Large parking area.
