Upon arrival, we were very kindly welcomed by the owner. The atmosphere in the facility was very good and the lamps on the floor are sensational. its not in hackbridge its a remote area. its a summer shed at the back of the house. host cannot provided any amenities they are not very clear with anything they tell you put the key through the letter box and then they will harass you saying you did not put the key are still in the room etc very very bad. Not even a towel provided .AAnonymous
