The breakfast was lovely, with black pudding and garlic mushrooms. The room and hotel itself was beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. When we mistakenly ordered the wrong ale, the staff replaced our drink and didn't charge us for the replacement. The village of Bidleston is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely going back.

It is located in the middle in a beautiful village. Everything was very newly done with thick carpets and fantastic quality carpentry everywhere. Food was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful There appeared to be Mouse Man stools by the bed - I felt a bit wrong putting my cup of tea on it!

Me, my wife and 2 kids stayed here for 2 nights and after reading a few mixed reviews we were very pleased with the hotel overall. It was clean, the staff were lovely and the food was nice too and they were very accommodating for our fussy kids when they had an evening meal. The room was spacious and the breakfast was lovely. The location was fine for us as well as we had planned to do a bit of driving about. All in all we had a really good stay.
