Location is perfect for the beach, Southend and surrounding area. The room was on the ground floor with a lovely view of the Beach, it was a big room with a double bed and a single bed, fridge, wardrobe, TV, tea and coffee making facility, hairdrye, an area to sit and look out the window. There was a large bathroom with a lovely shower
