Room size good: bed comfortable: bathroom clean: Was prepared for internal noise [creaking floors/heavy footed neighbours] due to age of building. Good overall.
Did not take breakfast. Hotel advised no other meals available/supplied - all expected.

The Barn was perfect for my husband and me for our 3 day stay. It is immaculate, light, spacious and modern, with the right amount of storage, attractive cushions, bedding and extra blankets if needed. A nice hot shower. Good lighting. A very nice sitting room/conservatory with TV, sofa-bed, blinds to give a feeling of privacy and openable windows looking out onto a lovely well tended garden. Nice biscuits, milk, teas and coffees provided. A large fan and an enormous magnifying mirror I used to do my make-up!
Beautifully presented, fresh and tasty breakfasts served in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. Everything you might like to eat is available. If you are hankering after some care and attention, you'll thoroughly enjoy both hosts warm, unobtrusive, but friendly approach. Should we return to Kent we would love to stay at The Barn again and recommend it. There is the added bonus of the sweetest little dog.
Easy to find, good location. Very friendly staff on reception. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Car parking easy onsite. Good location for National Trust properties. Evening meals superb.
All in all a very nice stay and would stay again.

Staff were very helpful, calling up the day before to try and sort early check in that I had mentioned on my booking form. Breakfast in the morning was a good spread of cooked breakfast to order and continental buffet.

We were there to participate in a Diamond Wedding lunch and the meal was excellent, the function room was spacious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was good and the whole experience of being there was a delight. The hotel is quite close to the M20 so is easily accessible and although it is just off a main road it feels as if it is completely isolated with lovely views from the bedrooms.

This is a good hotel with nice rooms and surrounding gardens. I think the bar is rather cramped and the service lacked charm. Over all, I thought I got good value for money. I did not eat at Hadlow Manor so cannot comment on the quality of the food.
The room was very dated and in need of some modernisation. The carpet needs changing and the bathroom needs a refurbishment.
The hotel was very noisy from 6am and I didn't appreciate the noise from the exercise class directly outside my window at 8:30am
Rooms were perhaps a little tired BUT exceptional value for money. Breakfast was good as was dinner at hotel. Two of our party had dietary problems and the Chef was exceptional in ensuring we enjoyed our meal. All staff were exceptional.
Convenient for us. Bed very comfortable and room a good size.
Shower minimum acceptable.
Breakfast a bit like the shower. Just passed muster.
Staff friendly.
Hotel obviously a "venue" so don't go for a romantic weekend..
The Hotel was presented in beautiful grounds, with ample parking, large room and a great breakfast to match. This is great hotel and would defiantly stay there again.
