Everything. The room was very clean and comfortable,Great view from the balcony. The staff were amazing so friendly and accommodating. Very dog friendly our pooch was allowed everywhere in the hotel. The hotel provided a dog bed, towels and food bowls, plus a bottle of mineral water and treats which were replaced when finished.
The selection of tea/coffee in the room was great. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. We only ate in the evening once but the food we had was delicious and huge portions making it very good value for money.
Would definitely stay here again. It's a great location for touring Norfolk.

The room was lovely, and great being split on two floors as we had our dog with us. Nicely decorated and very clean, with a comfy bed. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was very good food and service.
