All staff we came in contact with were first class. To a person they all were friendly, helpful, very professional and keen to make sure we were well looked after. The hardworking staff work their butt's off to keep this place running smoothly. Donna, Zoe and Coline went above and beyond with their quest to provide excellent customer service. Amazing staff members!
Picture included was where the manager spent most of his time, doing nothing. I chose not to include pictures of the disappointing breakfast as staff worked so hard to rectify that problem.
Management need to take a leaf out of their book and learn a thing or two from their employees.
Breakfast was non existent on our first 2 days, constantly running out of food with all the tables left uncleared and dirty thanks to the one staff member working to do everything on her own. She needs help!
