We booked to budget, we didn't expect the earth and we weren't at all disappointed with what we got - staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable and fine for a one night stay.

Location was great as in middle of the town and close to where I was attending a wedding. Room was comfortable and clean. Even though it was above a pub you were not disturbed only when they were clearing the glass bottles! Food and drinks were very cheap but good value.
