Lovely cosy cottage in the centre of Hillsborough. The owners had a lovely welcome gift of a bottle of what happened to be my favourite wine and some buns, milk, chocolates, crisps, and water. These are really great touches. The cottage was warm, clean, and cosy. Netflix, etc, on the TV. Fluffy bathrobes were also provided, which was a bonus. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay. Nice luxury feel to the bedroom.

The location was excellent for us due to having our furbaby with this, so it was not rowdy as he can be reactive to noise.
The place was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable even though it was 2 singles put together.
We arrived late, and the owner dropped by with a fresh pint of milk. This was very thoughtful and appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Flatfield ClockTower and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming host, who made me feel right at home.
The host's kindness and hospitality truly stood out throughout my stay. They were attentive to my needs, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was preparing a delicious homemade breakfast or offering insights about the local area, their genuine care and attention to detail truly made a difference.
The accommodations at Flatfield ClockTower were also top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were more than I could have asked for, from the well-stocked kitchen to the luxurious bathroom
Overall, my stay at Flatfield ClockTower exceeded my expectations, thanks to the kind and thoughtful host. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Thank you again to the host for their exceptional hospitality. My stay was truly unforgettable.

I am a male single parent of a special needs girl aged 32yrs who needs 24/7 supervision and care. We booked and stayed at the homestead for 4 days. I never ever saw such a clean, comfortable, new look, well equipped and tranquil lodgings as this ever before. On arrival we were upgraded to a lovely self contained appartment free. We were also offered unsuppassalble cooking/kitchen facilities which afforded us the ability to produce needed healthy food easily.
The staff here were totally helpful to us yet obtrusive to us offering great privacy. There was lift access for us within the building and we were given assistance beyond the normal assistance with kindness.
Our stay was so enjoyable that my daughter called the homestead her new home and was disappointed when it came to the time for us to leave to go home.
We found the homestead to be easy accessable from the motorway and to our planned destinations.
We would surely love to come to stay at the homestead again.

A lovely Main Street to have a walk along, with good local shops and helpful staff. We had coffee in “Humble Pie” which was good value for money with an enjoyable atmosphere. We payed a visit to the “Cheshire Cat” gift shop which contained some beautiful gifts and had an extremely helpful owner.
No.33 Coach House is a wonderful and fun place to stay. Lorna has filled it with a vast collection of antiques, so it is like going back in time 80 years. The AGA range in the kitchen provides warmth to the kitchen and works great for drying clothes on the rack above it. And around the corner is the magnificent Hillsborough Castle, which should not be missed. Hillsborough is in a very central location to see many of the sights of Northern Ireland.
Great location near Hillsborough, a spacious room, lots of room for kids to play. There is also a dining area so we could sit down to breakfast together. TV with Netflix and other apps ie iplayer itvx etc. Free Wi-Fi. Lovely big area of grass for kids. Very friendly family, Huw couldn’t do more for us. And not forgetting Teddy the dog with his teddy toy who was just lovely and even came to say goodbye on our departure ☺️
The house was like a little museum. We loved it. The host was great at communicating with us and met us at the house for a helpful induction. Right in the centre of Hillsborough, beside the castle, what a great location. We really enjoyed our stay here and it may well become our go to location when we go back home to Northern Ireland to see family there. We loved this place.
Absolutely beautiful, cosy cottage in the heart of Hillsborough. Everything was just perfect! Every little detail carefully thought of to make for the most relaxing, unforgettable stay. Perfect location to explore Hillsborough, the castle, the forest park, beautiful shops, restaurants & cafes. Would highly recommend Arthur Street Cottage for a romantic getaway.
Loved the quiet surroundings. Perfect pastoral countryside! We had everything we needed and then some!! Our host was wonderful! Loved the skylights....the weather was perfect, so we had the skylights open and enjoyed the fresh air. We got a tour of the coming improvements which will make things even nicer. Will stay here again when in Hillsborough!
Fantastic accommodation in the middle of Hillsborough. The staff were welcoming and the glass of champagne on arrival was a lovely touch. I cannot speak highly enough about our stay there, topped of with a beautiful breakfast..The rooms are finished to the highest standard, beds are large and comfortable. We will be back here in the very near future.
This is the perfect house / nicely renovated with a mix of old & new situated on a hill with great views. Hillsborough is a lovely town about 15 KMs away - possibly Ireland's nicest small town with great buildings, the castle, the fort, the forest & what looked like very nice restaurants & pubs - well worth a day-trip & you could fill a day.
It was in a perfect location for our break. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. All of the small touches, such as welcome gifts, made the stay a home from home. We would highly recommend this cottage and Royal Hillsborough. For anyone thinking of visiting, the Plough Inn is a must!
We had such a great stay, the hosts were superfriendly and gave us tea and cookies upon arrival and made a sublime breakfast in the morning. It's a beautiful area on the countryside with the quaint town of Hillsborough only a 10-minute drive away. Highly recommend this stay.
Beautiful cottage in Hillsborough. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the extra treats left by our hosts. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Easy to find and no problem with access to keys. We would definitely book again in the future.
The room is really nice and the location is excellent, just a short walk to pretty much everywhere in Royal Hillsborough. The staff is super nice. I left my charger there and they carefully kept until I came back to pick it up. 5 stars service and highly recommended!
We did a road trip in Ireland and had booked several hotels/B&B's. Several were really good, but if I have to choose 'the best' than this is the one. Friendly hosts, excellent rooms and a very good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.
