Reception Area and lounge were both clean and inviting.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of electric sockets and usb ports.

Excellent location - less than a kilometer from the entrance to Luton Airport. There are some nice views of the airplanes from the window and good connectivity to the DART. Breakfast is served from 4AM (hot meals start at 6:30) so it's very comfortable when there is an early flight to catch.

Very comfortable beds, good shower, check-in staff were good.
Great breakfast.
As we were on our way to Twickenham for the rugby, it was great that we could leave our bags at the hotel during the day, as we would not have been able to take them into the stadium and there are no left-luggage facilities at Luton Airport.
