Family room was lovely . Plenty of space and tea/coffee facilities in the room were great . Had an evening meal and breakfast and both were excellent . The main thing was that all the staff were friendly and accommodating and made our stay a really nice evening.

Wonderful hotel. Lovely bar area and the room was fantastic. Top quality tea and coffee facilities and toiletries. Delightful furniture and the bed was so comfortable. There was even a pillow spray of lavender. Breakfast delicious and staff couldn't be more helpful. Great value for money and central for everything. We stayed in a superior room and were so thrilled with everything about this hotel. No negative comments

Very helpful staff when I arrived slightly after 10 pm..... Very comfortable bed, clean room. Found me breakfast items for the following day even though I left very early in the morning. I will hopefully return and have a bit more time!

Lovely guesthouse in an excellent location in Richmond. Welcomed to our rooms with a complimentary drink which was a nice touch. Well stocked tea and coffee tray with delicious biscuits. Extra bedlinen and dressing gowns in the wardrobe. Plenty of hot water for the shower which had gorgeous toiletries too. Breakfast was served in the dining room and was delicious. Can't fault our stay. Also Nigel arranged to be at the property a few days after our stay to return some perfume I left behind. Excellent customer service.
