The rooms were Ok - good facilities and liked the fact I had a separate living quarter to sleeping area. Choice of channels on the TV was also very good. Bed was not comfy - mattress too soft.

Plenty for kids to do, seal show was fab and enjoyed the train ride around the park seeing some of the animals, plenty of kiosks for ice creams and places to sit in with shade as weather was red hot, clean toilets with disabled facilities. This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at this hotel, however it is becoming tired. The breakfast was sub standard cheap bacon and sausage. Limited service due to COVID-19 which I totally understand. Safe was broke in the room which I would of liked to have used but not essential. The staff are always very friendly and really helpful for that I would still return.

The hotel is in the middle of a noisy industrial area. Police sirens blasting out throughout the night. Pretty awful location and a tired, run down hotel with lots of faulty equipment. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The sign for the hotel was covered by high tree branches so wasn't visible for many taxi drivers.
