The location is close to the train station and transport links.
The room was spacious and has a large TV, with access to bluetooth and streaming services.
Comfortable bed and a good size shower room,
with modern blue tooth mirror, so you can play music from your phone whilst in the bathroom.
The room has sole access to the roof terrace.
Staff at the site are friendly, polite, well presented and willing to help.
There are electrical coded gates, which are shut once the bar/ restaurant closes and cc.tv as there are no staff on site overnight.
Would definitely stay again. Great cocktails.

My first visit and only stayed a couple of days so just time to visit Jephson park, and shopping area. Which were both lovely and grand. Learned about the history of the town the museum and Pump Rooms. I would say a very friendly town.

A lovely town though getting worse as all UK towns are.
A lovely town though getting worse as all UK towns are. Quite a few addicts, drunks and homeless people on the streets. Many shops closed but it's a pleasant walk around, lots of independent shops still open. There are dozens of coffee shops and restaurants.
The park is a gem. Quite beautiful. The art gallery is good and has a wonderful café.

We were visiting Leamington Spa for a family Christening, so we had limited time to explore the town. We had a meal out on our first and only evening and then spent the following morning wandering around the town. An interesting historical town, with lots of green spaces.

We visited the British motor museum whilst there and it was nice to walk around and see all the old vehicles and styles of road etc. We also went into Stratford-upon-Avon and had a walk around there which was lovely but busy. And we went to the butterfly house there which has more than just butterflies so was definitely worth the money! We also saw shakespeares birthplace which was interesting!
Comfortable room up in the eaves. Continental breakfast with plenty of choices offered including yogurt drinks, fresh fruit and variety of spreads eg peanut butter, nutella and marmite as well as traditional jams and marmalade. All continually replenished. Small car park available which was also great in Leamington Spa and hotel is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops.
Welcoming hosts.
Room was spacious, clean and wellappointed. Confortable beds, Kettle/Tea and Coffee provided. Bedside tables beside all beds.
Bathroom clean, fressh fluffy towels & offered travel toiletries.
Breakfast excellent.
Would definately recommend this hotel for location to Leamington Spa town and for a good nights stay.
Car parking facilities at hotel.
This is our second visit and it did not disappoint. Customer service is the heart of the hotel, and nothing is too much trouble..fire wood needed to stoke up a bigger fire? no problem.. non resident guests joining for breakfast? no problem..prosecco served poolside? uh no problem. And service is always with a smile. A true Leamington Spa Gem.
Family stay with one family room and one double. Up to normal IHG standards and very helpful team, particularly Nick.
As late May bank holiday at end of lockdown hotel was not full and gym operating reduced capacity. Ample parking outside, hotel located on business park with easy access to Leamington Spa, Warwick castle and Stratford upon Avon.
Great location on the outskirts of Royal Leamington Spa,( 7 mins drive to the centre) although a conference centre type hotel, it was clean and comfortable all over the hotel, breakfast was in the main dining room, staff where helpful and chatty and a good selection of continental breakfast as well as full english and veggie alternative.
Breakfast was fantastic with full English b/fast plus fruit and pastries and any type of coffee you prefer.
Location really great providing you have a car central for visiting Stratford upon Avon, Coventry cathedral, Warwick castle, Kenilworth castle and Cotswold area. Rooms good size for UK hotel. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.
we have stayed at the hotel on 3 occasions now. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is situs in a nice area in Leamington Spa and is within easy reach of the town. We like to stay there as not many hotels have parking. The breakfast is of good quality and lots of choice.
This place is small and cosy, it has its own bathroom and kitchen which is a bonus. Very cheap considering a local hotel was significantly more expensive.
Lovely attentive host. Tv can be moved so you can watch in bed which was a nice bonus!
Excellent from the Receptionist to the bar service. All friendly and happy to help. They could not have been any nicer.
Hotel is perfectly positioned for town
Highly recommend.
Good atmosphere. Perfect for a group of blokes, probably having a bit too much to drink. It's cheap and the breakfast was good. Good location for great pubs.
The apartment was perfect and in such a good location. Alain was really helpful and made everything very easy. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
