The hotel was really nice building in a beautiful setting. We had an excellent meal in the evening, and then breakfast was a really tasty selection of freshly cooked food. The bar area was very nice for a pint of Otter Amber and the outside terrace was very pleasant to sit out in the sun. We have a room with two bedrooms which were well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Overall an excellent stay - thanks!

David and Leo Hosts. Excellent Breakfast to set me up for the day I left. I was on a bike packing tour; I did get a little lost at the end of my long day and Leo kindly came to meet me, which was a great help. Comfy bed, TV and Tea/coffee tray in the room. I would have stayed another night if I had more time.

the family are lovely and the facilities are clean and well maintained. you can purchase thier meats and wools, have BBQs with local coal. the breakfasts are beautiful!! it was home away from home for us and they were very sweet with my 2 year old who spent the whole week existing as a tantrum.
must forget the fairy walk, hot tub, I could go on forever. they are wonderful people and we hope to go back. Thier website shows what they have to offer at thier prices *hint

The location despite being on a main road was not particularly noisy, the rooms of which there are three are a decent size. I booked in via the pub at the bar. I only saw two members of staff while there and they were absolutely delightful and could not have been more engaging or polite. I really liked the food although on the Saturday they were a number of items they did not have which was disappointing being a bank holiday weekend. There is plenty of parking which is a bonus.
