Great location. Extremely nice staff. Spotlessly clean room. Continental breakfast was perfect with natural yogurt, fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries and warm mini pastries. You could also order a cooked breakfast with a choice of size which I thought was a good idea for guests.

Great place, not far from sandringham (the reason we booked it). At the back of a lovely country, cosy pub with great food. Quiet, clean, all you need for a one night stay. Much better than some budget hotels for the same price. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I didn't have the breakfast, but I did have fruit, pastry and muesli in the room when I got there. There was also a fridge with milk, water and a yogurt in. I loved the fact that it was just like the photos ( I stayed in cocoes one) I could sit on the sofa for the tv and to study which is the reason I went there. Sitting out on the balcony area listening to the church bells and the birds was fantastic. If its a quiet getaway you want then this is the place for you.

Lovely room with en-suite shower room, spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee, bottled water and a little fridge with fresh milk and a couple of Kit Kats in. The staff were all helpful and friendly. A lovely local pub with beautiful boutique rooms.
