You mean everything I assume? I cannot knock the accommodation and meal arrangments or some of the staff. However, my disappointment started with the confusion with booking arrangments and a room we didn't want, still being disputed by Booking.com. It started with your female reception staff and nagging me to make a further booking for our adult son. It was made clear at the outset that we only wanted two rooms. They kept sending useless emails when a phone call would have made the booking so much easier. This annoyance resulted in booking a separate room for our son by accident with Booking.com. Both Best Western and Booking.com should have got together and seen we were a family of three and only wanted two seperate rooms.

The size of the room, cleanliness and the staff. Central for Bridgend, l was there for a hen do and it was in a perfect location. The carpark that they use is cheap and the car was fine even though it was in the open and not manned 24/7.
This charming Grade II Listed building is situated 5 minutes from the M4. It is thought to have been a gift from Queen Elizabeth I to the Earl of Leicester.

Pleasantly surprised on walking into hotel, nice beer garden, bar/dining area looked lovely. Room was nice, big enough and clean and bed was lovely and comfy.
Got back late in the evening after a wedding and the porter was happy to service us (Brian), he was friendly, chatty and accommodating.
Had an al a carte breakfast for £10 which even included in Eggs Royale which is my favourite. All round couldn't fault this hotel and we would defo staying again if in the area.

It is very convenient just off the M4, for travelling either to a ferry or for the South of Wales. The GP Surgery and Pharmacy are very efficient and the inhabitants of North Cornelly are very helpful and welcoming.

A small place but there is a train station close by in Pyle and you can get to Cardiff from there . A short walk takes you to tesco express and just before that there is a little charity shop . You can also walk for about 15 mins to The Angel Pub in maudlam though the housing estate opposite the Motel or you can walk around half a mile down the road to it . About 2 ish miles away is Margam Country Park , which has a castle , childrens play area , little train, few animals and a huge beautiful estate with lakes and trees to walk around . This is only £6,80 per car (not per person) to get in and everything is free ! Porthcawl isn't far and if you get there early and park along the prom you don't have to pay for parking. We went to the mumbles from here and it was about 40 minutes and Barry Island was about 35 minutes .

Lovely area for a short break, a real hidden gem. with beautiful beaches and some nice
places to visit on wetter days. Morgam Park would be great for families too. Take a good map - roundabout signposting is not the best.

North Cornelly makes an ideal base for visiting the area between Cardiff, Swansea, and the Gower and Mumbles coastline. Plenty of places of interest to visit. This is our first visit to North Cornelly. hopefully it will not be the last.

LIFE ON MARS
Everything you read is true, I feel like Sam Tyler in "Life On Mars" and it is really great. I remember so well when every pub and hotel were like this, Artex, Copper table tops, and Purple Decor. The food is great, the service and staff superb, the prices not quite at 1970s or 1980s level, but given the current cost of living, £3.90 for a pint of Coors is really good. Food prices also good value. A perfect stay and enjoyable 5 nights.
Great stopover Motel with excellent breakfast. The staff here are fantastic and can teach some of the bigger hotel chains a lesson in customer service. From check in to check out they were friendly, efficient and caring.
Our room was well appointed and comfortable and very clean.Evening menu choice was great with lots of veggie options for us and we were able to takeaway to our room with no fuss.
Highly recommended.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Extremely quiet location. Good facilities in room and really comfortable bed. I don't normally sleep well in hotels, but I did at Greenacre. Shower was fantastic too. A very positive experience. I'd recommend the motel and I'll stay again next time I'm over in that part of South Wales.
The price and how comfortable the hotel was rooms were very clean and spacious I’ve been staying in premier inns but the price has gone through the roof on them I can only say I wish I could book this room anywhere in the country
Good value for money, included good breakfast in price. Only stayed one night, can recommend for short stays in transit. Small hotel next to pub, staff quite helpful.
