breakfast was delicious but the dining room very crowded , tables too close together.
the room was very pleasant but no aircon. We phoned and asked for the room temperature to be adjusted because it was too hot and stuffy and were told by reception to do it ourselves and open the window. we had done that and there was a smell of food and sucha noise from the fans above the kitchen. Room 108. very unpleasant.

Everything we wanted to see was highly accessible and nearby. Colwyn beach itself was a great sight as well as the bay. We were able to visit a variety of sights such as; conwy castle, Llandudno pier/promenade/beach, dyserth waterfall, Denbigh castle and others. We had our own transport which made this easy!
