The hosts were absolutely amazing. They went to a huge effort to ensure our two night stay was perfect. And it was. The house was wonderful. Our room was excellent. Towels, toiletries and a welcome basket were provided. We cannot rate our stay highly enough.

Old farming town regenerated by a University. Easy connections around the North West by train, bus or car. Some excellent restaurants and pubs, to suit all tastes and budget. Various supermarkets and local market day on Thursdays.

There was a lift to the first floor and we were assured a room would be available on that floor. There's also a shared play area so it's a great place to stay for a family.
