Good size twin room. Comfy beds. Great having the pub/restaurant on site - we had a lovely meal there. Car park on site. Helpful, pleasant staff. Good value. We stopped in Wakefield to visit the Hepworth museum en route to a wedding in Scotland. This was a great spot to stay overnight and located a few minutes drive from the Hepworth.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was too small and a hell of a walk. There was no where to put any washing aids as there was just a sink. Also, the tv in the room had a very bad signal so wasn't worth watching.

Beautiful house offering a few rooms as bed & breakfast. Lovely room with a large comfortable bed and a private bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic and the host Jo was a lovely, friendly woman. No hesitation in recommending this to anybody.
