We went away for a long weekend to celebrate my husband ls 50th birthday with family and friends. The staff were absolutely amazing at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the reception, bar staff (Dan plus many I didn't get the names of) were so friendly. Our room was lovely (premier room) it was huge, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was great, as was the day time menu at the bar, and the evening menu which you could have in the restaurant or bar area. The crazy golf and driving range are definitely worth a go too. Lots of fun for all aged! All the staff at the spa area were helpful and friendly too. We definitely will return in the near future!

Easy to find, good parking area available, good greeting and friendly staff, restaurant was closed when I arrived at 7pm, breakfast at £15 was a tad expensive I thought, I was the only resident staying on Sunday evening.

Property is excellent with all facilities you need for a long weekend or longer. Appreciated the very sunny courtyard to eat outside. Even has washing line in the sun! Parking immediately outside the front door. Well located to visit all areas of Suffolk on your doorstep. And a superb pub for evening dinner 20 mins walk away. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Thank you for the use of your lovely little holiday home. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, cozy, & spacious. It was situated in a very peaceful, central location (only five minutes’ walk from the beach). It was also very good value for money considering the price of some of the other accommodation in the area. The decor was very stylish and there was also lots of really helpful local information in the binder. The self-check in was also very simple.

Wow! What an absolute gem of a place. Spotlessly clean, beautiful homey cosy feel. Beautiful decor, and the whole place smelt divine! The bed was SO comfy and you can tell no expenses were spared in creating this space. We ate at the Unruly Pig which is 5 mins down the road, we were just gutted we could only stay at Little Limes for one night! We felt right at home. We will 100% be back to stay for longer and we will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you so much!
