Had a really lovely stay. OZGE on reception was so lovely and upgraded us to a lovely sea view room with a balcony. We arrived a little early and she let us store our bags until check in time. Location is perfect as its on the sea front and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Our room was overlooking the bandstand where they have tribute bands on fri sat and sun.. The bar staff were lovely too. Really cant fault the hotel. Would definately stay there again.

We have been before and love the property. Like the e entertainment evening and the resturant is amazing ( was promised a treat for our 25th wedding anniversary while we were there but sadly it didn’t materialise) the bathroom was lovely. Loved slippers and robes a bit of luxury. Great sea view lovely big towels

Queens Hotel, hotel in Ratton Village

Queens Hotel is located on Eastbourne’s seafront and looking onto the pier. This Victorian seaside hotel features 2 restaurants, a sun lounge and a bar offering evening entertainment.

Really good value for money. As long as you know what type of hotel you're staying in, you won't be disappointed. Lots of OAPs arriving in coaches and cheesy entertainment. Basic breakfast. But we knew this before we booked. It was cheaper and more comfortable than a travel lodge.

Devonshire Park Hotel, hotel in Ratton Village

Set in a grand Victorian building across from The Towner Gallery and Congress Theatre,Devonshire Park Hotel offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi, designer toiletries.

The property was lovely, my room was cozy but it was perfect for my one night! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and clean. It was nice and quiet when trying to get to sleep. My room was facing out the back of the property and I had no problems with noise. The parking was brilliant, I arrived around 1:15PM so knew I was early for check-in, I was able to be checked in at that time which was a bonus! It was clearly signposted when you got closer to the town centre which was helpful. The breakfast was lovely, and was cooked to order which meant it was nice and warm! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful.

The cottage was in a very nice area, with a pub, post office/small shop within 2 mins walking. Easy to park near by in residential road as as right outside the cottage. Pretty outlook from sitting room window over the front garden. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was warm and cosy. It had a very peaceful atmosphere. There were four or five steps from the pavement rising between the cottage gardens up to a pathway to the row of cottages. The front door led into an old brick paved floor giving way to an inner door making a welcoming feeling and as I was visiting during December also stopped the cold air from rushing into the cottage while bringing in suitcases.
