The view from the room over the Bristol channel was spectacular, especially watching the sun go down. The location was brilliant - near to everything including the Grand Pier and St James street that had some lovely restaurants. The shower was powerful and the bed comfortable. The bar area was nice, with friendly staff.
With an indoor pool and sauna, this hotel has a locally acclaimed restaurant and overlooks a golf course and sand dunes, just 300 metres from the sandy beach and promenade.

Unfortunately I found nothing nice about it, we were greeted with a man with his phone in his face, told us to hold on. The room was filthy it may have had a quick clean but the dust was awful, the mould around the bath. The bed linen was damp. It needed a good clean. 178 I paid for one night and I'm disgusted.
No breakfast vouchers given even though I had paid, however that was sorted out but wish I hadn't bothered paying extra for the breakfast. Would not recommend.

Read the main review - but I would add that you have to remember that this is on the northbound carriageway and if travelling south, you will need to go past it, get off at the next junction, and then join the carriageway north.

I liked the location - so close to the motorway exit.
I liked the location - so close to the motorway exit. They have big parking lot. So, no problem of parking. Also, restaurants, coffee shop, petrol station so close to the hotel. Enjoyed my stay there and will surely visit in future.
Very pleased to find this dog friendly hotel, close to the motorway which made it a great base for the western coast exploration.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Plenty, easy, free parking available.
The room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable.
We forgot the dog harness there. The staff was extremely helpful and they were happy to help us get it back (we sent a sae and they posted it for us)
We are very grateful, thank you 😊
Most comfortable nights sleep, very quite considering it's on the M5. Always choose this hotel if visiting this part of the world as it's accessible to Glastonbury, Bridgwater, Weston-super-Mare, Wookey Hole, Wells, Cheddar, Bristol etc and with a very reasonable price tag, what's not to like.
The hotel is primarily a sort of a convenient pit stop for long journeys. It's perfect in this regard, check-in was easy, parking right outside, room spacious, clean services about a minute away, staff friendly, and optional breakfast.
the hotel is next to the M5, which makes it ideal for traveling to Weston super mare and or Bristol.
Room is tidy, bed is lovely and comfy and Breakfast deal with The Great Breakfast in the services next door is brilliant!!
Great little hotel, quite easy to find, staff at the front desk were so lovely and helpful! We forgot our toothbrush and phone charger and they were more than happy to provide these for us late at night for no extra charge!
Easy access to and from motorway.
Can buy essential items you might need from the hotel it's self at a reasonable price also a choice of eateries and refreshments on the complex.
The room was clean and spacious, bed quite comfortable, heating good as well. Shower with enough water and enough temperature (it surprises me how little hotels care about this)
Just stayed for 1 night to break up an 8 hour drive but was a really decent hotel, excellent value for money. Plenty of places on Just eat/Deliveroo and free parking.
