Lovely friendly hotel in the Greenock, handy for the station and the cruise terminal, and close to parkrun. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was good and very reasonable. We didn't have the afternoon tea, but it did look very inviting. Comfortable quiet room.

Amazing location right on the seafront! Staff went out of their way to be helpful - we asked for more tea bags and got a fresh pot of tea brought up to our room.

Located near a very beautiful waterfront where you can enjoy views of Loch Lomond. Greenock is a town 40 mins away from Glasgow by car and close to other places of interest in Loch Lomond such as Luss or Balmaha. The town also has a variety of restaurants. This location is ideal if you are travelling with a car.
The caretaker John was incredibly helpful and allowed us to check-in at unsociable hours. There is a phone number and someone available 24/7 if there is an issue. John's kindness was definitely a highlight of our stay.
Free car park is available and there are plenty of spaces.
Shower worked well and there was soap and toilet roll provided.
The bed was very comfortable and the room also had heating which could be adjusted.
There is a communal kitchen with an iron which we found very useful.
The check-out process was very easy.
