This little space is just lovely, and everything has been thought of. Everything we needed was there. The kids loved that there was DVD's and games to choose from, and they loved going for a swim. Looking forward to our next stay.

The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the beach using an alleyway that our hostess Maz showed us and also a walkable distance to Selsey's amenities. The apartment was spotless and we were made very welcome.

The property is very smartly and stylishly fitted out, with everything you could need. It has a very spacious seating/dining area. It's within an easy walk of the beach. The owner communicated very well before our stay and was very thoughtful. Excellent value for money.

The hosts were very helpful and communicative and provided good information to help us find the caravan. We had a very comfortable stay, and the caravan was in a good location for easy access to the local beach and restaurant/bar etc. It was spotlessly clean and bedding smelt nice and fresh. The kitchen was very well appointed and tea and coffee supplied. There is a young childrens funfair across the road, but it shuts down before evening and its quiet in the evenings. Was not a problem. At night it was quiet and neighbours considerable. We used this as a convenient base for visiting West Wittering beach and the local area. A great value stay, thank you!

Selsey is a small town, with a good range of shops and restaurants with the main road leading to the pebble beach. There is a large caravan site nearby with a funfair and amusements, a nature reserve on the road into the town, a lifeboat station along the coast road and fresh seafood available.

Amazing house - beautiful property.
Amazing house - beautiful property. Fantastically decorated, very comfortable bedrooms - all with an ensuite - great kitchen - parking - walk to the sea - gorgeous scenery - no complaints at all. We stayed here with our colleagues for our time at Goodwood Revival (where we had a stand). The property exceeded our expectations - we only wish we could have enjoyed more time there! The kitchen was amazing, bedrooms lush, bathrooms exceptional - we all enjoyed our stay so much and there is nothing to fault this place. Communication with the host was exceptional too - as well as all the lovely amenities she provided. We highly recommended this house and we look forward to staying there again in the future!

We made a pleasant walk at Norton church and surroundings.
We made a pleasant walk at Norton church and surroundings.
Arundel is surely worth the journey. But : you have to find it out yourself. Seemingly, there is not much initiative of the local authorities to promote hikes, interesting walks and so on. And if they do, nothing of the matter was to be found in the place where we stayed...

We could do with more information about the entertainment...
We could do with more information about the entertainment and other activities we paid for. Some of the staff assumed we should have known. On the app, when we paid for the entertainment, it didn't specify what it covered though I tried to read this before arrival. We could do with better tick box what's included and what's not.
We stayed in fantastic accommodation in Selsey right by the sea. The annex was very spacious, clean throughout, and the bed was super comfortable. Getting access was very easy, communication was quick and detailed, this annex is very close to the sea and near shops, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this annex to anyone who is visiting Selsey 😁
Nice little apartment, spotlessly clean, with everything you might need for a short stay and a pleasant private courtyard garden with seating. Perfectly located between the seashore and the high street of Selsey town. Welcoming touches like breakfast cereal and milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were appreciated.
The Coast Yard is a little oasis in the middle of Selsey. The entire property is very well maintained and clean. Our room was comfortable and bright. The dining room and outdoor space is delightful and the breakfast, which was very well presented with lots of options was delicious.
Great location for the beach and the shops/restaurants. For the money the room was great, plenty of room, nice bed.
Food was good quality and very reasonable. Welcome on arrival very friendly.
Easy free parking behind the hotel. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant.
A family-owned, friendly, relaxed environment. We didn't have any problems during our stay, but I am sure they will solve the problems.
That is a good alternative to stay close to the beach and somehow feel like at home not in a hotel!
We have been staying at The Seal quite a lot recently and we knew there was no food on a monday, but this time we were told that there was also no food on tuesday. So 2 nights we have had to go out to find food after working 10hr+ days.
Lovely friendly owners.
Good breakfast.
About a 15 minute walk from Selsey and 5 minutes from the local beach.
Lovely comfortable room
Outdoor heated pool great Extra
DVDs a great extra for our 5 year old too.
A beautiful bolthole with a hot shower and a big comfy bed, perfectly located for exploring West Sussex. It was too chilly to enjoy the private outside area but it’s very convenient when travelling with a pet.
Our attic room was lovely and cosy, perfect for a night's stay in Selsey. Everything had been thought of, and it was an excellent use of the space. We'd definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone!
We settled in easily - the location for us was prime with the shops close by, the beach at the end of the room and it is close by to our friends who live in Selsey. We had a lovely stay here.
The apartment was conveniently close to East Beach, Selsey, a park & local shops. The host, Anna made me very welcome and could not be any more helpful during my stay.
