Breakfast also lovely, not an amazing selection but I'm sure they would have rustled us up something off the menu if we asked. Location is brilliant if you like walking, we had a hearty breakfast and decided to go for a 6 mile walk (basically a big old loop around Stock), which was just what was needed, then a nice little dip in the pool and jacuzzi to relax, perfect!

We went to our room which had amazing decor but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom where outstanding. the room was spacious and just the right tempreture with no adjustments. The bed wash was super comfortable and felt very fresh. The breakfast was super fresh and hot so many hotels have over cooked breakfast but not Greenwoods. The hotel bar and restaurant area were cosy and vintage-looking. The hotel was conveniently located for our purposes. Check in and check out was quick and simple. WiFi worked well.

The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and road noise is limited. Staff are very helpful.
