Tides Reach Guest House, hotel in The Mumbles

Overlooking the Swansea Bay promenade and Mumbles Head, this B&B offers elegantly furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi.

The quiet, comfortable room had everything I needed, and I'm sure that Metin would gladly have supplied anything else I needed. The breakfast arrangements were superb and the individually cooked breakfast was one of the best I've experienced. With good caetiere coffee. It's location is excellent. The coastal promenade is the other side of the road. Despite the traffic, noise is not a problem thanks to the triple glazing. All in all, a great experience.

Luxury House in the Heart of Mumbles Village, hotel in The Mumbles

Situated in The Mumbles, 1.6 km from Langland Bay Beach, Luxury House in the Heart of Mumbles Village features recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a terrace.

Well located in the heart of the mumbles with a deli and an m&s food at the end of the road and countless restaurants to choose from. The house was super clean and perfect for our needs. The rooms are well finished and had averything we required. A bonus to have the outdoor space which had the daytime sun. We used it as a base for walking out along the beautiful coastline. The 9 mile walk to Three cliff bay was wonderful. We ate in the Dolce Vita and Mor. Both were excellent.

Most liked was easy/quick beach access, very clear instructions for check in from host. Least liked was the amount of traffic lights on the shorefront - nothing to do with the accommodation which was excellent in every way - just needed to allow extra time when driving anywhere. Everywhere we went was family/kid friendly, and everyone was super friendly and nice We’ll definitely be back, and for longer. Plantasia, the tropical animal indoor zoo is fantastic, and staff super helpful and friendly. Loads of the big brand supermarkets within easy reach for self catering accommodation. Long drive (from Surrey), so would recommend a rest stop at services/Bristol on travel there and back

Mumbles is a great place to stay.

Mumbles is a great place to stay. Everyone is very friendly. Great walks along the seafront to walk into town or on to Swansea! Lots to see and do on foot. Dogs are out in abundance which is lovely to see and they are welcome in all establishments. M&S foodhall too which is an added bonus.

It was just an amazing experience.

It was just an amazing experience. The area are buzzing and there were so much fantastic places to eat. The beaches were amazing and one need time to visit them all. For us it was also close to so many Castles to visit and see. And if you like your meat, then this is the place to go. The Welsch lamb and specifically the Welsch Salt Marsh lamb is the best.

We came to the Mumbles to celebrate our daughter's wedding...

We came to the Mumbles to celebrate our daughter's wedding and having travelled from Kent decided to stay for a few days and explore. Overall the weather was kind to us, just Sunday with rain. We took ourselves off to Rhossili Bay which was beautiful and because I have some disabilities it had a reasonably flat path that you could walk along to see the beach and the Worms Head. The main difficulty we had was using the car park ticket machines! You needed a degree to understand them but luckily, a local resident helped us and we in turn was then able to help others in the same plight. A lovely long weekend.

Beautiful, quirky, retro, very spacious, comfy beds, sea views has everything you could need. The board games in the lounge was a lovely touch. Below the flat is a welcoming traditional pub with piano! Close proximity to seafront, coffee shops, restaurants, shops and many galleries. Already booked for later on in the year.

Absolutely lovely hotel room, overlooking Swansea Bay. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean. Sliding doors opened onto a small balcony/terrace area.( too wet to use during our stay) Lovely white linens, big bathsheets. Comfort big bed. Block out curtains. Good breakfast downstairs. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant downstairs. It was a wet day and evening so there was no outside drinkers/socialising or noise to bother us. Pay and display parking, at a good rate, was very close.

Property is in a good location for access to the mumbles. Is easy to find and there are two large car parks near by. The restaurant downstairs is also very good and the 20% discount welcome. The property overall was fairly clean and the basics of what you need are all there. We were working on property in the area and this was fine for a place to crash for a night.

The room was clean and comfortable with modern decor and exceptional view of Swansea Bay. The bathroom for our room was separate, but it was only across the landing and was clean, well-ventilated with ample hot water for the shower (unlike many hotel and B&B showers in my experience!). We'd stay there again without hesitation.

The Coast House is a beautiful B&B right in front of the sea. The room was large, beautiful and comfortable. We had several choices of breakfast (including vegetarian and vegan options), and it was delicious. The self-check in was very easy to do, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend!!
